ADA Parking Signs
California requires accessible parking spaces to carry the International Symbol of Accessibility, a “Minimum Fine $250” notice and, where applicable, “Van Accessible” signage, mounted at the height the code specifies. We supply the full set, correctly sized and reflective, and install them at compliant height.
EV Charging & Reserved Signs
Electric-vehicle charging spaces need signs that mark them as EV-only, and many properties now add reserved and permit-only spaces for tenants, staff or customers. We produce matching sets so your lot reads as one system rather than a mix of mismatched signs.
No Parking & Tow-Away Signs
Tow-away signs in California must follow Vehicle Code 22658: specific wording, minimum 17×22 inch size, one-inch letters and the towing company’s phone number. Get any of that wrong and the tow can be challenged. We make them to the letter of the code, in reflective aluminum that stays legible for years.

Accessible parking is the area where most Los Angeles properties get caught out. The California Building Code sets the number of accessible spaces, the sign wording, the reflectivity and the mounting height; a sign that is correct but mounted too low is still a violation. Tow-away zones and fire lanes have their own rules, and EV charging spaces are increasingly enforced.

Accessible (ADA) parking spaces, tow-away zones and fire lanes all have mandatory signage in California, with wording, size and reflectivity set by the Building Code and the Vehicle Code. Most other parking signs are optional but become enforceable once posted.
California requires the bottom of an accessible parking sign to be at least 80 inches above the ground when it can be walked under, so it stays visible above parked vehicles. We install to that requirement.
Vehicle Code 22658 requires the sign to be at least 17 by 22 inches with one-inch lettering, to state that unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense, and to give the towing company’s name and phone number.
