The Penmar in Venice runs a mobile bar on a utility cart, and El Jimador Tequila wanted it branded for the season. The cart is all small panels, curved cabinet corners and hardware, which makes it a wrap job in miniature: every surface needs its own panel and the pattern has to line up across all of them.
What we made
- Printed wrap in El Jimador’s light blue with the white agave pattern border, the El Jimador logotype and The Penmar script on the cart body and the cooler cabinet.
- Cabinet doors and the cooler lid wrapped separately so they open cleanly, with the pattern continuing across the gaps.
- 3M IJ35 cast vinyl with UV laminate, printed in-house on our large format printers, so the cart can live outdoors on the patio.
Small vehicle, same process
We measured the cart, built the layout on a template of each panel, proofed the blue against the brand swatch, and installed in our shop. Carts, kiosks and push carts are a regular part of our work for beverage brands and hospitality groups; the Tequila Herradura barrel wraps came from the same kind of brief.
