“For Lease” Window Graphics: Die-Cut Vinyl, Printed Decal and QR Code

For Lease storefront window graphics with orange die-cut vinyl frame, white lettering and a printed QR code decal

Table of Contents

A vacant retail space has one job: get leased. The broker for this luxury medspa and medical suite listing wanted graphics that read from across the street, looked like they belonged on an upscale block, and could be removed cleanly the day the lease was signed.

What we made

  • A large die-cut vinyl frame in the brokerage’s orange, cut as one shape so the corners stay perfectly square on the glass.
  • “FOR LEASE” and the listing details in die-cut white vinyl, sized to be read from the opposite sidewalk.
  • A printed QR code decal linking to the listing, with the agent’s name and phone in cut vinyl underneath.

Why die-cut vinyl for a listing

Cut vinyl has no background, so the empty space behind it stays visible: prospects can see the floor, ceiling height and finish level through the glass while reading the sign. It costs less than a printed panel, installs in an hour or two, and comes off without residue when the space is taken. The QR code is the one printed element, because a code needs a solid white field to scan reliably.

Materials

Lettering and frame cut from 3M IJ35 vinyl, applied first-surface (outside the glass) so the colors are not dulled by the tinted glazing. Printed and cut in our Pacoima shop, installed on site in one visit.

We produce leasing and property-management window graphics for brokers and landlords across Los Angeles. See a die-cut lettering job in Beverly Hills, our window graphics page, or send us the storefront photo and the listing text.
